The VOICE Award is an element of the VOICE campaign "Vulnerable road user Organisations In Cooperation across Europe", coordinated by ETSC and launched in spring 2005. VOICE represents a coalition of interest groups who wish to raise awareness of the safety needs of vulnerable road users among EU policy makers.
